We aim to create a fun, safe and friendly environment for our service providers and clients alike. We’ve implemented a few simple rules to ensure this standard is maintain at all times.
Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment. If you are sick, you can change your appointment without charge.
If you fail to show for your scheduled appointment, we will charge a 25% no-show fee to your account.
To manage your appointments and your account, do so via our booking platform, calling in or emailing.
Please note, if any of our staff fall unwell, we may have to cancel or adjust your appointment. We aim to minimise any inconvenience but at times this may be unavoidable.
For services that require more time or entail a higher fee, we may ask for a larger deposit or full up front payment.
We ask all clients to arrive on time, preferably 5 mins before your scheduled appointment, for certain services we require a consent form which can be done in advance or at reception. If you’re visiting for the first time we ask to fill out a new client form too.
If you are running late, we will try our best to accommodate but we might have to reschedule your appointment or shorten the appointment. Please try and give us a heads up if you’re going to be late.
We allow a certain period of time for all services, if you require extra time, please try and respect these times as it allows for a smooth service for all.
For privacy and safety, we only allow one client at a time in the service room. Photos and videos are not permitted unless written consent is given by both clients and service providers.
Clients as well as service providers are required to be professional and respect at all times, inappropriate comments or behaviour towards service providers is not tolerated and may result in service refusal and the given client being requested to leave.
At PreetiQ we look to create a fun, respectful and enjoyable place for all. Aggressive and abusive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated towards any of our service providers. If anything of such occurs you may be asked to leave there and then.
We adopt high standards of health and safety throughout our venue, our service providers are all well informed and often refreshed in their training to ensure a safe environment is always in place for them and our clients.
Frequent hand
All surfaces in the common areas are frequently disinfected and cleaned.
All metal tools are sterilized and stored away safely.
All surfaces are disinfected in between clients.
Treatment tables are lined with disposable waxing paper and is changed after each client.
Disposable gloves for all services.
All disposables are thrown out after each client, wax applicators are tossed after each use (no double dipping).
